Rangers interim manager Barry Ferguson was delighted after his side beat Celtic 3-2 in the Scottish Premiership on Sunday.

The game at Celtic Park was an exciting one, with Rangers taking a 2-0 lead in the first half through Nicholas Raskin in the 4th minute and Mohamed Diomande in the 37th minute, but the home team also pulled two goals back through Daisen Maeda in the 49th minute and Reo Hatate in the 74th minute, but the Light Blues finally scored the winning goal through Hamza Ikamane in the 88th minute.

“I’m delighted. We played a great half, what I want from the players,” Ferguson said. “Disappointed with the two goals (conceded). What’s the word that everyone uses to attack them? That’s character? That’s a great example.”
“They’ve done brilliantly in the last two or three weeks. You can see that. We’re on the up. They’re a top team, but we came here and dominated the game.”
